Applications are to be submitted ONLINE only. The essential qualifications for the posts notified are as per the UGC Regulations 2018.

You are requested to go through the UGC Regulations 2018 before applying, especially clauses 3.0 and 4.0 in respect of qualifications.

Please note that the system is designed to calculate scores based on the inputs provided. Utmost care should be taken while entering values for parameters from which the score is calculated.

The process of submitting application will be progressing through the following steps:

1. Account Creation
   Create an account using your e-mail and mobile number. On submission, a message with your application number and system-generated password will be sent to your e-mail.
2. Login
   Login using your e-mail and password. Change your password on first login (minimum 8 characters, may include a-z, A-Z, 0-9, underscore).
3. Fill up the Online Application
   Enter required details. Upload passport-size photo (≤30KB, 150x200px, JPEG), signature (≤30KB, 140x60px, JPEG), and self-attested documents (≤500KB, PDF).
4. Payment of Fee
   Pay the required fee as per the Notification ONLINE only.
5. Final submission of the form.
6. Take printout of the form.
7. Submit hard copies to the University
   Send printout and self-attested copies of all documents to the address specified in the Notification. Applicants with degrees from outside Kerala must submit an equivalence certificate from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam at interview or with the application.
